I must be depressed and do not know it!!  Just read that Sad people eat more chocolate
Among those whose depression ranked as more severe, an average of 11.8 servings of chocolate were consumed each month. The study quantified one serving as 1 ounce, about two thirds of a regular Hershey bar.

And here I was thinking that indulging in chocolate was therapy, not as a result of sadness or depression.  My husband is a chocoholic--I bake something chocolate for him pretty much each week and have done so almost forever - or so it seems - who knewwww??  I guess I should have been sending him to a shrink instead of enabling him!!
